How does it work?

There are many fad and gimmick-based diet programs out there.

Stress, Cortisol and Weight Loss
BioSignature identified increased distribution of body fat around stomach, suggesting high stress levels. Essential Stress-management strategies were used to bring the body back to balance and get lean. In just 1 week, body fat reduced by 1.8%. Healthy reductions continued over 3 months from 19% to 11% body fat. The targeted stomach area enjoyed the greatest loss, at 65%.

Body Management and Martial Arts Strength
Goal – lose body fat% and increase lean mass and Martial Art Strength. Assessments identified fat distribution around abdomen (high stress), injury, over-training, stress, hormonal imbalance, food intolerance and toxicities. Nutrition, corrective exercise and strength training was successfully integrated over 7 months. Body fat reduced from 22% to 14%, weight reduced by 19lbs and lean mass (muscle) increased by 7lbs.
