Time seems to pass so quickly and life seems to become so busy that we sometimes lose track of what we wanted to achieve and where we believed we would be at this stage of the year.
Sometimes we need someone to view where we are and hold us accountable to hold onto the goals we set. Spring is a new start to a new quarter of the year, time to start again if you have lost track and time to revalue if things aren’t going the way you planned.
If this goal was to run the Great North Run, cycle the Coast to Coast or just to be in shape for your summer holidays. It’s time to start now as July will be the end of the second quarter of the year.
Forget the first quarter if you messed up, move on and start afresh, don’t waste a single day as that’s a day gone lost forever, another day off your second quarter of the year!
So where will you be in July? Will you be closer to your goal or another 12 weeks, 90 days, 3 months away?
