Happy Christmas!

Thank you for trusting us with your treatment this year

We’ve had a fantastic year celebrating our 10th anniversary. We hope you managed to take part in some of the activities, or grabbed yourself a birthday discount.

An awful lot has happened over those 10 years and we really do appreciate your support. We wouldn’t have come this far without you.

There’s a couple of old photos below from our very first week back in 2009. The images show some of the old woodwork from the GP surgery that was here before us. Drop in for a look around – you’ll be amazed at the transformation.

We’ve started our festive break (details below). All that remains for us is to wish you a very Happy Christmas! Have a lovely time, whatever you’re doing, and we’ll see you in 2020 🙂

Top Tip to prevent injury over Christmas

It’s important to keep active this festive season. Sitting for long periods is not just bad for your heart but also your joints!

It can be difficult to motivate ourselves to keep active in the dark and cold, wet winter weather. Sitting around on the couch and eating is not just bad for your waistline. It plays havoc with your joints and muscles too.

They need to be ‘fed’ with nutrients that only movement can provide. Even getting out for a quick walk will keep things moving and help prevent injury.

And don’t forget: HYDRATE. Drinking water keeps your body and muscles hydrated.

It’s time for our annual break

Your practitioner will be taking a well-earned break over the festive period. We are closed on Friday 20th December and will re-open from 9am on Thursday 2nd January 2020.

Book and manage your appointments during the holidays with our new secure online booking system. It’s available all day, every day.

Alternatively, send us a Facebook message or start a WhatsApp chat. Or why not leave us a voicemail on 0191 398 0000 or send us an email via the website?

Our busy little elves will get back to you when they are checking messages between Christmas naps and cake, chocolate, wine or Pilates binges!

Happy Christmas 🙂
