Personal Profile

Having worked in consumer research and as a teacher of English abroad, I began my retraining as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist in London. Relocating to the North East, I completed my qualifications at the Northern Guild for Psychotherapy and I have worked in both private practice and the NHS for over 5 years. Committed to providing effective and insightful therapy, my approach is to work with my clients as they identify and work through their own needs. Each encounter is different but the aim is to travel in hope whilst acknowledging the times of despair. I have worked with individuals on a wide range of themes and I am also developing my practice to work with couples.
