What is Life Coaching?

"Coaching is a great way to look back at a situation and learn how to handle it better next time.  It also helps to make you feel good about yourself; as a result you focus on achieving your goals.

One must remember that there is nomagic formula; one has to exercise the strategies/technique/solution discussed during the coaching session. We must remember that the coach cannot perform miracles, she can only make suggestions, equip us with new strategies or listen,  we need to work hard to achieve our goals!”  K.H.
